Useful estimates.
Visible assumptions.

Monthly revenue

Qualified leads × lead-to-customer rate × average sale value. This is a scenario for first sales, not a revenue forecast.

Return per $1

Estimated revenue ÷ marketing budget. A 5× revenue return is different from a 5× profit return.

Cost per customer

Marketing budget ÷ estimated customers. This excludes sales payroll and other acquisition costs.

Break-even lead cost

Lead-to-customer rate × average sale value × gross margin. This only covers delivery costs and marketing; overhead requires additional profit.
