Here’s what nonprofit teams and boards often want to know.
Talk it through with usNo. Google Ad Grants provides up to $10,000 a month in Google Search advertising credit. It is not cash and cannot be used to pay ProperlyPR’s service fee.
No. Google applies organization, verification, website and program requirements. In the U.S., qualifying 501(c)(3) status or an eligible group exemption is a starting point. We help review your situation; Google makes the final eligibility and approval decisions.
Not necessarily. Actual use depends on relevant search demand, targeting and campaign performance. Unused monthly credit does not roll over. There is no requirement to spend the full amount to keep the grant.
Yes. Google offers a direct application route and guidance. ProperlyPR is an independent managed service for nonprofits that want help with the application, website, campaigns, tracking and ongoing work.
We identify the requirements during the readiness review. Required grant-related website work, domains, hosting, paid plugins and outside costs are included in the $1,500 monthly service. Unrelated additions need a separate discussion and approval.
For a new application, your first payment is due once ProperlyPR obtains your approved, activated grant. If the new application is not approved, no service fee is due. For an existing active grant, billing starts when our management service begins. There is no setup fee.
We can review your account, website and tracking, then discuss ongoing management. The same $1,500 monthly service applies, with billing beginning when we start managing the account.
Timing depends on verification, your website, the information and approvals you provide, and Google’s review. We give an estimate based on your situation rather than promise a fixed approval date.
We investigate the issue and assist with corrective work and an appeal where appropriate. Google controls reinstatement. Short suspensions remain paid maintenance. For prolonged suspensions, we confirm any billing-pause date with you and carry unused paid service time forward from that date.
The service is month to month with no minimum term. Cancel by email to stop future renewals; service continues through your paid period. Your nonprofit retains its accounts, data, website and domain. We coordinate a handover, and you take over hosting and renewal costs when the service ends.
